Very well done. I don't like comeing up with backgrounds, I never know what to put. Since you have spidey in it I would do some sort of citie background, maybe an alley.

This is an interesting concept, zooni. I'm a HUGE Spidey fan so naturally, I have to say that this doesn't work for two reasons:
1) Jason is too slow to get a grip on Spidey
2) Spiderman's Spidey sense would warn him as well.
But since this is a pic done in fun (and neither character is based in the real world)you definitely get creative points. Nice job. I agree with bulldogn7, an alley backdrop would set this scene nicely (a couple of overturn trash bins, maybe a scared bum).
