Artist's Comment:
For this digital art I decided to test a new technique (well at least new for me). I did an overall digital drawing/painting of a river not too far from me. Instead of painting the entire piece, I painted the "framework" of the river, trees, reflections in the water, ect. From there I took numerous pictures at another location of trees, leaves, grass, water, stones and pieced them together into the painting. Personally I think it came out better than I expected, but I would love feedback as to whether or not I was able to pull off the merging of all the photos into my painting.

I would consider this photo manip, but you have a nice look here. The image has haze, but fits well with the look.
