Artist's Comment:
This is the first photograph of a set my friend and I took while exploring the pre-alps in Italy. We spent maybe a full day driving down the rocky, dishevelled roads, in a vehicle completely suited for off-roading: the toyota echo. We got the car stuck in a snow patch in the middle of june, so we walked up the road at least 4km. At the end of the road was this little (judging by the look of it) abandoned farming village. It was so amazing to find this sooo far away from civilization, so untouched for so long. It always makes me wonder when everything about me, as well as everything I am involved with, becomes a forgotten memory, discovered by a total stranger years after I am gone...
