midnight neon urban...scene...thing. right.

i wanted to add in little "cars" on the neon blue highways but can't for the life of me think of what they'd look like. maybe add it in later.

Nice work, but not to keen on the hatchwork. You could do a very stereotypical car scene with just white and red trails off the lights it would suit the neon idea, but it is an idea very used and old hat now.

Go futuristic if you add vehicles, bubble shaped jet thingies, yeah.
