i understand a lot of things... piercings, tattoos, coloring hair blue... hell I've done all that, but to mutilate and scar through branding has got to be one of the stupidest things I've seen. Besides... if you're going to color it why not just get a nicely done tattoo? just my two cents which I'm sure means nothing then again, you posted. LOL

i've seen some pretty decent brandings.... they can come out pretty dang nice... but my opinion is that tatoos do look better...
i think brandings age better, one of the major points...

Yikes, I usually only leave comments that are positive and encouraging but I swear this looks like some sort of skin disease gone wrong. Hopefully this will look better when it heals!

This is very interesting, and unlike the other comments you have recieved, this is not negative. My theory is... Its your body, do what you want to it... at least it is a creative form of self mutalation! and also at least it looks better than my arms (lots and lots of burns from work ) I also bet that it would hurt less than a tattoo! And... I cant wait to see more (if you do upload any!)

i apprentice at a local tattoo pierceing shop, they dont do brandings though. i live by the motto to each there own. im only 21 and am very open minded, but im going to have to get used to this branding thing if it goes more mainstream. scars cuts something normally seen as pain and trama now viewed as art something to be appriciated. permanent art on the body without foreign inks, but your own skin tissues transformed. i can see the point. but it will still take time =)
