Someone once told me that if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. Screw that! The way I see it is that when someone posts images on a community site it's because they want feedback. A way to gauge how others see or what they think about the piece or where they think the person can improve his/her work.
That being said, the area in and around the upper left hand side looks too smudged and blurry (granted that's what your title said, "blurs"). The blur just doesn't work well with this piece. There is a better effect (an aerial mist perspective perhaps?), where you can achieve a blurred effect, but still retain distinctive shapes. Overall, the whole piece needs a bit more clarity and contrast in a few areas.
It's a nice idea, btw, and would make for a nice manip if done differently. Of course, that's just my opinion.

actually i rather like how the blur turned out but i'll definitely agree with you on the contrast part. i couldn't amp it up more without damaging the quality because the original photo wasn't all that clear in the first place (i really want a better camera).
