Artist's Comment:
This is the tempoary home of the Steinhart aquarium in San Francisco CA. I went there with my family in October of last year.

This is a cool pic, although I fussed with it in Photoshop for a bit, I hope you like it.

I should give some background:

-This portal is a roughly 10'X10' shaft that rises about three stories up, filtering natural light through a glass ceiling. The shelves simulate the oceans ecosystem.

The circular shape of the portal is natural, I just cleaned it up and bumped the light some. My poor 2 MP digital worked as hard as it could for this shot, I forced the exposure some.
