Artist's Comment: "Pure Beauty" I have to give credit to her for this awesome photo... It took awhile, it was a small picture, and once I cropped it to where I wanted it, even smaller. I used a soft glow technique by copying the finished image then glaussian blur, then transparency of the layer to about 20%.
