Artist's Comment:
I inked this at Anthrocon in the zoo on friday night. I love Rouge and wanted to finally draw her Emotion Icon
I used a reference of her for coloring. I tried a new technique and took some of the cell shading look from the reference while keeping my coloring style as well.
The gems were done from scratch and made different colors and sizes. XD I'm pleased with the outcome of this.
