Artist's Comment:
This is my half of a badge trade with SarahSilver on Deviantart. She said she's going to Camp Feral and wanted to do a badge trade.
Patches is a calico anthro. I really liked drawing and coloring this character, and this is the first time I've done dreads. I tried to match her fur colors as close as possible to the three references I was working from. I'm kinda unsure about the hair color. One ref says golden blonde as well as her text descriptions, but another reference has her hair a bit darker brown. Heh.... If the hair is supposed to be darker, I can fix it.
I took some creative liberties with her collar. I kept it black but added the rainbow prism-like jewel there to complement her tank top. I love rainbows ^__^
The yellow in the space above her head is neon yellow and very radiant. The blue inside "Patches" is not as dark as it appears here.
