Artist's Comment:
Freemont Street in Las Vegas. Sort of the calm before the storm. This was taken on 12/31/06 during the daytime. About 10 hours later this street was filled with 30,000 people celebrating New Years Eve.
Canon AE-1 with one PSP filter used to create a 'drawn' effect (Mr. Contrast).
