Hmmm, I don't know, Warren. Has kind of a MoonKnight feel to it. I had a similar character (back when I aspired to be a comic artist) called ManHunter. Maybe you could tear his pants a bit higher and add some shackles around his feet/leg area to add some symetrical balance? Maybe tatter his cape a bit more? Would love to hear this fella's story.
