Artist's Comment:
Alrighty, this is a badge commission for my offline friend, Chrissy, of herself in anime style. She is in charge of the children's events at Tekkoshocon, a Pittsburgh anime convention (www.tekkoshocon.org) April 13th-15th.
Tekko V is short for Tekkoshocon 5. I thought that the crayon, safety scissors and kid shapes would be fitting to her title.
The lettering for Tekko is based on this year's font theme.
I'm very pleased with the coloring, especially on the hair and eyes. I decided to do the "show through" eye instead of having her hair cover it up. It looked too pretty to hide
