this is really eye catching. I think that is because the hair is so bold, yet packed with detail. However I think this piece would be stronger if you had more unity in your colors. You have a really nice thing going with the cheeks and the hair, and it would be cool to see that translated in to the eyes and the sunglasses.
I also really like your composition. good work
