Colored Pencils. He's supposed to be looking at the fish through the aquarium glass. mmmmmmmmm.

The drawing on the cat and the fishes is very good but I can't see the cat looking through the glass of an aquarium. Maybe you need to add some more elements to make that clear. However I like how minimalistic your piece is now.
