Artist's Comment: Helmaster Phibrizzo from the anime Slayers NEXT. My favorite villain from the series and one of my favorite villains of all time. =3 Those little (poorly drawn) gold balls are human lives and when he crushes them the human life contained within it is ended. He's an evil little booger, despite being so cute. He was drawn in openCanvas3.02E Plus.
