Don't be so hard on yourself... despite your claimed lighting problems, and the complexity of your design, this came out quite good.

Yeah this came out very good!
Try doing more light work.. you may have not been so happy with thi but its good work and looks great so keep trying till you get something you like more yourself (actually thats just my excuse to see more of your work...)
