Artist's Comment: This is a blank DesktopX theme. Here's why: When users create WinStyles .suites they may want to ensure that there isn't a DesktopX theme to confuse the user if their WinStyles suite doesn't include a DesktopX theme explicitly. So they can link to this blank theme to just clear out DesktopX's theme.
