i like the grid effect. and the blending is pretty good as well. i don't think the "eric" fits very well, wrong color maybe. and the black space in the middle could stand some filling. other than that it looks great.

I like it but the "Eric" spoils it a bit.

Gosh... I love this, but take out the font.. it totally blows the whole effect.. amazing.. I'd like to see this in red!
