I just love the way you've done what I call the "cross sketching", not sure what the proper term for it is.
The detail is just amazing Barbara.

Peanut it is cross hatching. Xerraire, this is just toooooooo damn good. This is got to be one of the best pen and inks I have seen in some time. I have only seen one other on AU. You are an X-tremely, X-cellent, and talanted artist!! You get my vote.

Pretty sweet. Looks like it came right out of an old book. I like. Pretty amazing the effect just a few lines for shadowing will do when they are done properly.

Your talent is beyond compare barb,astronomical detail,great cross hatching,i for one wouldn't know anything about it,i only did water colour's in highschool art class,and it was hard,this is an amazing feat,wonderfully done!!!
