Hmmm. Not too overpowering on details leads to the reader not commenting on every single visible hair on one characters head! It's a good thing, plus it makes it easier on the artist (allowing to create more in a shorter amount of time, providing there is a plentiful amount of inspiration!). Very good for your first attempt... However, we can all see how much you have evolved your styles from the above, to works more recent.
